Harison Kurt Bambach

Today is Harison's five week birthday. And, yes, it has taken me five weeks to blog about it! Having two little fellas now is really keeping us busy! To quickly fill you in, however: Sunday, February 21, at 5:06 pm, Harison Kurt Bambach was born. Delivery was quick and went really well, and he arrived two weeks early at 7 lbs. 14 oz. For those of you wondering about the spelling of Harison's name, though unusual, it is intentional as he is named after Bill and my grandfathers: HARold, ISaac, and jackSON - the combination of their names. These last five weeks have been totally exhausting and amazingling special at the same time. Harison is a happy, content baby and doing well. Walton loves his new baby brother, too, and very much wants to help out. He is especially obsessed with diapering, and I often have to stop him from trying to take off Harison's diaper. He also wants me to diaper all his toys; now he carries around a blue football with a diaper on it, or bounces a large rubber diapered ball. :) This now family of four is doing well, though both Bill and I would love to have more sleep. We just keep telling ourselves that it will come if we just hang in there! Isn't it amazing how much Harison looks like Walton did?!!

Congratulations! He looks adorable! I'm glad all is going so well! I remember it being about 5 weeks out till I felt back into a normal 'groove' with 2 kiddos. Even longer with #3! Andy and I both think of your family often! Its nice to have your blog to stay in touch. Hopefully we'll be able to reconnect soon.
